This book goes into depth about the 1970s killers’ lives and their minds, along with details of the horrific and tragic murders they committed. Other killers who terrorized the county in later years are also mentioned, such as, David Carpenter, the notorious Trail Side Killer; and local resident, Terry Childs, who took several lives in the late 80s and early 90s, that kept the “Murder Capital” reputation alive.
